| - Reinforced Concrete | : | Building construction using concrete with reinforcement for its frame |
| - Others (Incl. No Frame) | : | Building construction using frame other than steel, concreete with reinforcement or wood, including masonry building without frame |
| DWELLING HOUSE | : | Object with occupation code 2976 |
| - Steel, Wood or RC Frame | : | Residential building with steel, concrete with reinforcement and wood frame |
| - Others | : | Residential building using frame other than steel, concreete with reinforcement or wood, including masonry residential building without frame |
Note : when defining number of floor of a building, basement is counted.
