- To become an internationally recognized leader in catastrophe reinsurance, a “Centre of Excellence and Competence” with a name synonymous with professionalism of the highest standards.
Mission
- To assume a pioneering role in the social responsibility of providing security to the Indonesian citizens in partnership with the Government by establishing an earthquake insurance scheme including cover against tsunami and landslide for all registered residential buildings and household contents.
- To improve forecasting and monitoring through extension and upgrading of seismological network and early warning system, educational work on disaster understanding, preparedness, safety and improvement of building code.
- To increase the awareness towards insurance of natural disasters and stimulate the insurance density.
