Wednesday, June 7, 2023 PT Reasuransi MAIPARK Indonesia held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2022 which was held electronically (E-GMS) at MAIPARK Ballroom – AAUI.
Attended by 59 ceding company representatives, the entire meeting agenda was approved by the participants present and confirmed by a Notary.
On this occasion, President Director of MAIPARK Mr. Kocu Andre Hutagalung also delivered the presentation of the 2022 business results report, research and development conducted by MAIPARK, risk management and sustainability and the development of the Controlling Shareholder (PSP).
