PT Reasuransi MAIPARK Indonesia held an Annual Working Meeting (Raker) for the Second Quarter of 2023. The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors of MAIPARK, Group Head and other related units. MAIPARK's achievement in the first semester of 2023 is quite encouraging by recording good growth in terms of Gross Premium of 12.73% and Profit of 54.67% compared to the same period last year.
In this Raker, the work program for the first semester of 2023 is evaluated and sets an action plan for the achievement of the second semester of 2023. With the theme of leadership, the presentation given is expected to develop a sense of leadership in every leader in the company's division. Not only in character but in decision making and also addressing existing problems by providing the best solution. This is in line with the ideals of the MAIPARK Board of Directors who want every MAIPARK employee to be the best professional person who can work in a team because MAIPARK is the main pillar of the Insurance Industry in dealing with catastrophic risks.
