1. The Annual Report ended December 31, 2022 and the Board of Commissioners' Supervisory Task Report ended December 31, 2022, ratification of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Calculation for the financial year ended December 31, 2022, and provide release and repayment (Acquit et de charge) for the Company's management and supervision actions that have been carried out by the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
2. Determination of the Use of Net Profit for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
3. Determination of a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) that will audit the Financial Statements for the 2023 financial year.
4. Changes in the Company's Board of Commissioners.

5. Changes to Article 4 paragraph (2) of the Company's Articles of Association and Changes to the Company's Shareholder Data.

Note: Among them are the increase in issued and paid-up capital due to the entry of new Shareholders into MAIPARK Shareholders and Adjustment of MAIPARK Shareholder data related to the name of the Company's Shareholders PT Asuransi Sarana Lindung Upaya to become PT Asuransi Digital Bersama, as well as the entry of new Shareholders above.
