MAIPARK HOLDS EGMS WITH 3 MEETING AGENDA

Friday, December 17, 2021, PT. Reinsurance MAIPARK Indonesia (MAIPARK) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) virtually with 3 agenda items, namely:

For the first, approving amendments to the articles of association article 3 related to the company in conducting business in the field of Reinsurance. The second step is to agree to honorably dismiss Mr. Benedictus M Waworuntu as Commissioner of the Company as of December 17, 2021 after the Board of Commissioners and Directors have received a letter from PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) dated June 28, 2021. Indonesia Re submits a request for the replacement of Mr. Benedictus M. Waworuntu as a member of the Board of Commissioners representing Indonesia Re as the Controlling Shareholder of MAIPARK became Mrs. Maria Elvida Rita Dewi and on December 8, 2021 proposed the replacement of Indonesia Re's position as PSP Maipark and the Replacement of the Board of Commissioners Representative of PSP MAIPARK. Therefore, the position for the Commissioner representing the Controlling Shareholder will be appointed after the new PSP is established.

The third adjustment of the Company's Shareholders Names PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika Tbk to PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk and PT Zurich Insurance Indonesia to PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia. In addition, notification of changes to the Company's data regarding the transfer of a total of 2,254 shares in the Company was also conveyed, where the shares of PT Asuransi Himalaya protector, PT Asuransi Parolamas and PT Asuransi Recapital were sold to PT. Sinar Mas Insurance, PT. Artarindo Insurance, PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida and PT. Tugu Pratama Indonesia TBK Insurance which caused a change in the total shares of series A and series B to the 4 insurance companies that participated in the process of selling the shares.
